Vancouver Canucks’ Johnny Canuck


The Vancouver Canucks were looking for new ways to engage their fanbase: their demographic is very socially adept and always looking for new ways to interact with the team.


We worked with the Canucks Creative team on building out the Johnny Canuck effect, which gave audiences the chance to ‘all be Canucks’.


Response was a hit w/ the Fan Base, with requests for different players and other NHL teams. 

The effect has had long term growth w/ influencers and fans alike. It’s become a highlight of In-Games at Rogers Centre with over 100,000 direct usages and 1mm+ views.
